According to Toronto School of Music attendance policy, if any teacher or student wishes to alter the class time for a special occasion or activity, they must notify the school office in writing or call 24 hours in advance. Toronto School of Music will rearrange the class time for both teacher and student(s).

Failures to comply with attendance policy without notifying the school office 24 hours in advance will result in a loss of a makeup lesson, which will not be rearranged; the one lesson tuition fee will not be refunded.

All registration and program fees paid by students are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once payment is made, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance or participation. If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, they may request to reschedule the class provided they submit a valid medical certificate from a licensed healthcare professional. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged within a reasonable timeframe. For further details, students are required to consult the teacher directly. The teacher’s decision on such matters will be final.
